股权结构可能出现变动 联营快车备受注目

商人拿督仄阿兹祖汀可能崛起，成为联营快车有限公司（KBES，5079，贸易服务组）的新大股东。

消息说，阿兹祖汀可能已购入Sani Zaleha私人有限公司的股权，后者控制联营快车的3540万股票，或28.1%股权。

一份致给大马交易所文件显示，Sani Zaleha的股东之一，也是联营快车执行董事海萨海利，已经终止大股东身份，而另一份文件则指出，联营快车董事经理兼Sani Zaleha股东刘展成（68岁）也有意展开一项交易。

熟悉阿兹祖汀企业动向的消息来源指出：“数周前阿兹祖汀已着手洽商以购入公司的股份。我认为它很快会浮上表面。”

阿兹祖汀目前尚未对此发表评论。

根据公司注册局的资料，Sani Zaleha是由海萨海利控制10%和刘展成持有40%。鉴于股东名单尚有许多刘氏家族成员，其余50%股权将可能是由刘氏家族拥有。

除了Sani Zaleha，联营快车并没有其他大股东。

在财务上，联营快车的巴士业务并没有太优秀表现。在截至2014年12月止财政年，联营快车蒙受净亏损83万4000令吉，及营业额4190万令吉。

在过去5个财政年，该公司仅在2013年获得盈利。

截至2014年杪，联营快车拥有现金和银行结存46万2000令吉，而定期存款则为12万8000令吉。另一方面，该公司的长期债务达150万令吉，及短期借贷为50万4000令吉。

联营快车于2014年的行政开销共540万令吉。

截至2014年12月31日止，联营快的每股净资产企于45仙。

在其现年度的展望方面，联营快车称：“来自其他交通形式，尤其是火车和廉价航空公司的竞争，继续对集团带来重大冲击。”

“该集团继续检讨其行销策略，以提高其收益和提升成本管理、经营效率和客户服务，以达到更佳的业绩。”

联营快车在配合财务业绩发出的报告中也指出，将替换其老旧巴士以降低其经营成本。

阿兹祖汀曾是陆路运输与交通公司通运集团有限公司（Konsortium Logistik Bhd）的大股东兼首席执行员，但已在2010年10月悉数出售持股予国民股份有限公司（Ekuinas）。

之后，在2013年11月，国民股份再把通运集团出售予丹斯里赛莫达旗下的多元重工业有限公司（DRBHCOM，1619，工业产品组）。

在脱离通运集团后，阿兹祖汀接手另一家交通公司Arca Transline私人有限公司（前身Warisan Movers私人有限公司）。

Arca Transline的资产一度包含一艘称为MV Arca Emerald的船只，用以运输车辆从西马到沙巴和砂拉越。惟不清楚该公司是否仍然经营相关船只，或已经出租。

Arca Transline也拥有罗里作为运输工具，以及一个拖格车队和其他小型罗里。

其部分客户包括国产车制造商普腾控股有限公司和第二国产车私人有限公司。

公司注册局网页显示，阿兹祖汀拥有Arce Transline的60%，而其妻拿汀兰拉阿兹则持有其余40%。

截至2012年12月31日，Arca Transline的经常资产企于1140万令吉，及非经常资产价值1080万令吉。其现有长期债务达390万令吉。

在上述期间，该公司录得86万8689令吉税后盈利，以及营业额3240万令吉。

阿兹祖汀另一间公司Arca机构私人有限公司，则已进军电动车辆与电池的制造。

资料显示，在截至2013年12月31日止，Arca机构的经常资产有1400万令吉，而非经常资产则是38万7981令吉。与此同时，其经常债务企于940万令吉，及非经常债务达15万8715令吉。

在截至2013年12月杪的财政年，该公司录得税后盈利310万令吉，及营业额670万。

阿兹祖汀另一项业务Aiman Motor，则是从事分销铃木、斯巴鲁和马自达汽车。【光华日报财经】

Working experience and occupation	He began his career in logistics in 1987 as a management trainee with Shapadu Transystem before joining Tenaga Sabaka Sdn Bhd as General Manager in 1988. He formed KP Asia Auto Logistics Sdn Bhd in 1991 where he was the Managing Director until 1998. He joined Konsortium Logistik Berhad (KLB), a public listed logistic company, through acquisition of KP Asia by KLB and had held various senior positions with the latter company. He was instrumental in building KLB as one of the reputable Malaysian logistic companies in the industry during his 19 years of service with the company. During his tenure, KLB became the major force in various industries having served as the main logistic provider for renowned organizations including Proton, Perodua, Naza, Petronas, Tenaga Nasional, Samsung, MRT Corp and various Government agencies. His last post with KLB was as the Chief Executive Officer before he left the company in March 2013 to pursue his own business.Presently, he is the Executive Chairman of ARCA Corporation Sdn Bhd and the director of several private companies.He also participates actively in contributing towards the development of the Malaysian logistic industry. With his commitment, the industry has entrusted him to lead the Association of Malaysian Hauliers as the President since 2011.
