林通源沽清27%股权 亚洲塑胶料迎新大股东

（吉隆坡15日讯）亚洲塑胶控股（ASIAPLY，0105，创业板）单一大股东丹斯里林通源（译音），以1200万令吉，将手上持有27.61%股权完全脱售，意味着该公司将出现新大股东。

周一的市场数据显示，该公司有2500万股或27.61%股权，以每股43仙成交。

《星报》引述消报道称，这批股权由林通源持有，买家为拿督杨文良（译音）。

杨文良曾参与多个商业活动，曾担任Bandar Kinrara产业的董事经理。

此外，杨文良家族亦有经营生意，公司名为High Reserve市场行销，业务包括制造门锁等其他硬体，并以Gere品牌销售。

亚洲塑胶控股业务为制造浇铸压克力板（Cast Acrylic Sheet），在产业领域相当活跃的杨文良，将如何经营该公司，仍是未知之数。

目前，公司第二大股东为总执行长张正全（译音），手上持股为22.75%、

尽管林通源将股权悉数脱售，但女儿林丹琪（译音）仍在公司担任执行董事一职，但名字未在公司30大股东行列中出现。

年初至今，亚洲塑胶控股股价已经上扬77%，至41.5仙。
