Celcom Frenz 其实是IDD Call 配套。
能够拨电话，只是费用比较高。
The new Celcom Frenz plan is way more better, offering flat rates to all domestic network as follows:

1) Voice Call: 30 sen/min

2) Video Call: 30 sen/min

3) SMS: 15 sen/sms

4) MMS: 30 sen/mms

In summary of "FRENZ", you may create community of 50 FRENZ (Celcom International only) if you and your friend meet these criteria:

* Your FRENZ must be Celcom International plan.
* FRENZ must LOS less than Influencer (you).
* Customer can add maximum 50 FRENZ only
* FRENZ cannot be replaced for new registration.
* FREE 5 hours call is valid among FRENZ list.
* FREE airtime will be credited to customer account every 1st month
