Marinea at Desaru under Mahabuilder Project

请问有没有人买mahabuilder的这个project呢？在desaru,值不值得投资呢？不过tenure好像是leasehold.
小妹对柔佛不是很熟，不过又想在新山投资，请大家提供意见。。谢谢。。

我也是不清楚leasehold多少年。。我忘了问，不过leasehold值得投资吗？
desaru在近三年来会有很好的发展吗？

personally feel the potential is huge
Usually tourism area 5 or 6 star Hotel
landed property-terrace is asking close to 800k-1mil
landed property-semi D is asking close to 1.5mil
Existing Single storey without Gated & Guarded currently rent at 2,000-3,000
It is leasehold 99 |

Few contruction companies are looking for units to rent
They offer rental range
Single Storey
2000-2500 partially furnished
3000 fully furnished
If u gt units in the area currently

i just booked 2 units few days ago....previously thinking to buy their other project....but after discussed v my brother....we got it 2 units of double storey terrace...that rental is totally crazy for that single storey.rental is 2500 mthly....wow. |

動向非常好! when u buy everything is good,
rental $2500 is real or projection only?
