（吉隆坡16日讯）特达（THETA，9075，主要板科技）宣布，获颁总值2280万令吉州政府应计制会计系统（简称1SPEKS）合约。

特达向马证交所报备，独资子公司Konsortium Jaya私人有限公司（简称KJSB）获得国家会计局（Jabatan Akauntan Negara）颁发总值2280万令吉的工程授权信，以发展州政府应计制会计系统。

该公司相信上述合约可贡献未来盈利。

教育部3.5亿系统合约 传铁达料成赢家

（吉隆坡14日讯）消息传出，铁达（THETA，9075，主板科技股）料可获得教育部颁发3亿5000万令吉的国立学校资讯科技系统合约。

财经周报《The Edge》引述消息人士谈话报道，铁达在2012年时，与The Media Shoppe（简称TMS）合作，向教育部提呈相关计划书。

在这项计划书中，该公司建议提供扩大学校管理系统（简称PSPS）服务，一旦成行，铁达将为为全国1万家学校，提供这项服务。

转亏为盈关键
消息人士说，中途因出现另外一家公司———Hopetech，参与竞标，使得这项合约延迟颁发。

这项总值达3亿5000万令吉的资讯科技服务合约，将是铁达转亏为盈的关键，因该公司已有超过10年蒙受亏损。

铁达首季净亏达282万令吉，营业额由前一年首季的1302万令吉，下滑至1292万令吉。

在去年，铁达全年累计亏损达801万令吉。

目前，朝圣基金局（Lembaga Tabung Haji）持有铁达65.9%股权。

铁达自今年起，股价走扬，年初至今，股价累计涨幅达48.72%，上周五闭市时收报58仙。

报道指出，TMS也是Hopetech的承包商之一，在2012年时，受委为马来亚铁道车站的收费系统，提供设计、制造、供应与安装，以及测试与试运服务。

（吉隆坡11日訊）特達（THETA，9075，主要板科技）獲頒3310萬令吉的朝聖基金酒店與會展中心（簡稱THHCC）工程合約。

特達向馬證交所報備，获THP Bina私人有限公司頒發一項工程授權合約，以完成THHCC的資訊通訊科技和安全工程，合約總值3310萬令吉。

根據報備文件，是項工程將在2016年4月底完成。

特達獲9190萬政府合約

（吉隆坡30日訊）特達（THETA，9075，主要板科技）子公司獲財政部頒發總值9190萬令吉合約意向書，為國家會計局（Jabatan Akauntan Negara）提供會計系統及硬件。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，將在合約下為11州政府財政部，供應硬件、軟件、培訓及執行權責發生制會計（accrual accounting）系統。文告指出，該合約由子公司Konsortium Jaya私人有限公司獲得，實際金額為9189萬6600令吉，為期29個月，從今年9月1日起，至2018年1月31日。

特達指出，此合約料貢獻至截至今年底財年淨資產及獲利。【中国报财经】

The Board of Directors of Theta Edge Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the deed poll dated 18 May 2011 constituting the Warrants 2011/2016 (“Warrants”), the exercise rights of the Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 4 July 2016 (“Expiry Date”). Warrant holders should note that all outstanding Warrants which are not exercised by 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date will lapse and become null and void and cease to be exercisable thereafter. Accordingly, the Warrants will be removed from the official list of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 July 2016.
