Responsibilities (Back Office Assistant):
Responsible for daily office work: handling phone calls and administrative work
Assist customers and visitors by providing information regarding promotions, entertainment, hotel room rates, etc.
Responsibilities (Front Office Assistant):
Assist in handling check-in and check-out transactions 
Assist customers and visitors by making and confirming reservations, etc. 
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin or other 
Chinese dialects |
