死了， 看到你这问题， 我也答不出来， 确实答案等待高手来解答
html5对我来说， 是种standard, 或format, 或spec, 其他browser都要跟着html5的spec去开发， 所以有时候一样的html5 tag在不同的browser会有不同的效果
可以知道的是, html5的format是绝对开放的
不过我相信你要问的opensource应该是跟html5扯不上关系的吧，
我们较常说到的opensource可以指
-->opensource technology比如php, ruby, python, java, jquery, node.js等, 又或者
-->opensource framework比如codeigniter, cakephp, zend, struts等, 又或者
-->opensource project 比如wordpress, phpbb, opencart等。
而大多数的web system都会用到html5...

可以，可是notepad会让你很头痛，你可以考虑notepad++ , sublimetext2 or Textmate for OSX
html,html2,html3,html4 和 html5 都是一样的只是不一样version |
