Kindly be informed that, the slight increase if any is due to the consolidation of your Telephone and Streamyx service bills into just one single bill date. In the process, we have brought forward the Internet bill date to be in line with your Telephone bill date which will involve an adjustment to the number of days in your bill cycle.
Your bill will be adjusted on a prorated basis based on your current subscription fee to reflect the change in the number of bill cycle days.
Do note that your subsequent bill will revert to normal. Please refer below for detailed explanation of how to calculate the Streamyx pro-ration

Pro- ration formula
Pro-ration days (18th October to 3rd November 2012) = 17 days
= (STX Monthly Charge /Total days in month) X Pro-ration days
= (RM 110 / 31 days) X 17 days
= RM 60.32
STX Monthly charges
From 18th October to 3rd November 2012 = RM 60.32
First new bill = RM 110 + RM 60.32 = RM 170.32
The reason that you are experiencing this could be due to the fact that your account is currently being migrated to our new system.
Sorry l have to type on english to reply.... Yah Mah Er... Streamyx was told me that on the billing period had to paid first then use it. It called as prorated charges nad it cause us to paid twice a month on this december.. Told us mah dont' simply called the new bill contains additional prorate charges...
