马可控股现金为王

回来看我们上周的投资，马可控股（MARCO）凭单，就可以反映现金是王的好处。

从其08年累积亏损到1277万令吉，不难发现它的确在97金融风暴遭到重挫。

经过97金融风暴的洗礼，马可控股深深了解不过度借贷的好处。

它用了很多年累积到今日的净现金状况，而完全填补回累积亏损，实在难得。

马可控股从事的行业平平无奇，例如销售计算机和手表等，它能够平凡中见不平凡，每年赚钱，现金维持在5仙左右，董事局的谨慎管理，应记一功。

由于马可控股凭单即将到期，以马可控股15.5仙的股价，买到其凭单折价0.5仙（即5仙），可谓进可攻退可守。

如果马可控股近来有大动作，股价可望重估，那么其凭单每跟着调整0.5仙，就是10%的赚幅。若马可控股古井不波，那么我们可以行使转换权（10仙行使价），也比市价略低。

周息率10%

不但如此，近两年由于马可控股净现金增加，公司就增发股息，看来是有意维持于净现金5仙的情况，以15.5仙的股价来计算，2011年和2012年的股息分别是2.15仙和1.4仙，周息率在9-14%；至于2013年，已派发首期股息0.8仙，以盈利来推测，估计约有1.6仙，周息率也是10%左右。

地段发展久候红利

丹斯里陈华春的公司，或多或少都有一些地段等待发展，例如前所提起的飞达控股（FCW），还有新近控制的吴万发（GBH）等。

以飞达控股为例，它去年尾刚宣布和IJM置地联合发展的地段，其投资成本是9千万令吉，脱售价1.9亿令吉，净赚约9675万令吉。

马可控股也有两个地段等待发展，一在马六甲；一在吉隆坡文良港，总成本约4100万令吉。

如果决定要发展，更是久候多年的股东的一笔红利。

无论如何，马可控股这几年来的保守作风，逐渐得到股东的认同；同时股息和净现金随着股本增加，将更有实力来面对风浪。

放眼马股，目前已经较难找到周息率有10%的股票了，因此马可控股应该很快就会获得重估。

不然的话，它提供了价值投资者一个慢慢累积的机会。
