这里有人跟dealmates网购的吗？

最近很多人跟dealmates够买物品，然后拿不到货，电话打不通，email没回复，可是他的网站还是在运作，还在推出新的产品，这属于欺骗吗？我也是受害者之一，我应该怎样做呢？

Dealmates 只是提供平台给商家， 拿不到货是商家那边责任最大，你有试着联络商吗？

我上个星期三告它，星期一那回钱。（你可以到consumer tribunal file 你的claim)
如果你要告他的话到 http://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/etribunal_en/user/user_register.php 注册一个account，然后根做它的instruction 然后还RM 5。

不过还是建议你开记者招待会，来伺候他们

STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1)        The Respondent is a Company carrying on business as a “flash sales site” by offering a time-limited offer of high discounts to the customers.  

2)        On [DATE OF PURCHASE], the Claimant via the Respondent flash sales site, Dealmates.com purchased [ITEM(S) PURCHASED] at [PURCHASE PRICE].

3)        At the time of filing this action, the Claimant has yet to receive the aforesaid goods or refund of the purchase price.

4)        By reason of the Respondent failure, neglect, or refusal to supply the goods; or refund of purchase price, the Claimant has suffered loss and damage.

AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS:-
i)        Refund of the sum of  [PURCHASE PRICE];
ii)        Costs; and
iii)        Such further and/or other reliefs as this Honourable Tribunal may deem fit and proper to grant

我从September 买了一个钱包， 到今天Certificate Expired 了都还没有收到货品。刚刚试下播打他们的Customer Service号码，尽然把顾客的电话置于不理。我跟着 @derekting2u 的方法办了，希望可以索回款项。

我的钱包才百多块，我真不知道那些购买千多块的名牌包的买家是什么感受！！！！！！
