英文高手请进来看看这个词语有问题吗?

我收到一封别家公司的信,但英文很有限的我担心里面有什么暗词之类的话,希望有高手帮我监督,检查一下,谢谢

信内容如下:

Withreference to the above, please be informed that our company name has beenchange from" I LOVE YOU " to " I HATE YOU " with effective from 1st JAN 2013.

             New Add: HELL AND HEAVEN          

                              Tel: 0123456789

Despite thechange of business trade Name, the management and product/service offers remainthe same.

For all thegoods return still will be issue credit note from I LOVE YOU until the account have cleared and the next goods return will assume from I HATE YOU whatever the goods was duel to I LOVE YOU long time ago.
