不可能的啦，MP3是歌，mp4是video，你讲要怎样convert，mp4去mp3就ok |

一般能播放MP4的Media Player都能播放MP3。若你的Player只认MP4的话，可以到zamzar.com
进行在线转换:
1 在主页标题 <Convert MP3 to MP4>右边点击 <Convert your file now>以转去Converter页面。
2 在<Choose File>栏里上传你的MP3文件
3 在 <Convert File to>栏的 PICKLIST里选 MP4
4 输入你的 EMAIL後按 <Convert>
5 完成后到邮箱里找就可以了。 |

Why do you want to convert?
MP3 only contains audio, MP3 can contain both audio and video.
I don't see a point to convert MP3 > MP4.
If your device is able to play MP4, most likely it should be able to play MP3 as well. |

mp3 is sound format and mp4 is video format, if you mp3 to mp4 can work, when you play mp4 it will came out black screen but got sound... |

Youtube 能下载，用youtube downloader 下载后能直接把 FLV 文件 convert 去 MP4 |
