关于休闲潜水计划表来解释看看

因为要考aow看回休闲潜水表,觉得好难算！
有哪位大大可以解释看看算法。
在18公尺/60英尺潜水42分钟，接着做42分钟水面停留，然后到17公尺/56英尺做29分钟水面停留的重覆潜水，怎样算才知道最后结束压力等级=v?

table 1 , check 60 ft 42 Min  = Q ( side of dive table 1)    check table 2 from Q until  you find 42 mins  , check the pressure group at bottom of table 2   it should be pressure group I

check table 3 now . 56 ft = use 60ft  you can see  RNT for pressure group I  is 25  
remember RAT or ART ?  ( RNT + Actual dive time = Total ,   Actual Dive time + RNT = Total )
RNT 25+ Actual 29 = 54 mins

back to table 1  56 ft = use 60ft  check 54 mins = pressure group V
