新加坡大型电子厂招聘Wirebond Technician
Basic Salary $1,000 - $1,300 SGD
Shift Allowance: Day shift $8 Night Shift $20
Responsibilities:
• To assist line equipment sustaining to restore the machine immediately within the shortest time.
• To carryout periodic preventive maintenance on machine to achieve higher efficiency.
• To assist Engineer/ Associate Engineer in maintaining the equipment spare parts stock control and maintain tiptop housekeeping condition.
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of Wire Bond.
Requirements:
• Min SPM / ITE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year of related industry with working experience in Wirebond process.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift
• Have transport from JB to Singapore
