是因为你office lan 的ip 地区不同而导致的吧
去reset password 吧。。

我前天买多两个帐号，一个给我太太，一个是我朋友的，当天晚上玩还好好的，第二天就被封了，莫名其妙的被封，我自己的却没事， log 了ticket 去customer service ,到现在还没任何回复，password 也尝试换了。还是一样。楼主可以试下打电话去 Malaysia        1-800-220-076

我本身是过reset password, 然后忘记自己放了什么名字
要写ticket 但是又不能login，现在好想中了他们的trap

Blizzard 的security 很有问题。。。

你reset password 时battlenet 会sent 你email, 开回你email 看下。 你的email 就是你的id 吧？还是说你连email 也忘了？

上次我从MY回SG工作，Login Account时就说Suspicious Account Login Activity,必须得Answer Secret Question来解开。要不然Blizz就不让你LOGIN。


只要你还记得你Secret Question的答案，就可以立即Reset Password.

en, 直接battlenet 买的，region 是放马来西亚，我3个帐号都是battlenet 买的，旧的还没事，只是新的两个出事，现在等着回复，如果真的属实，那我们通通都会被退钱。。。 我在想是不是他们有一些技术问题还没解决，所以回复这个mail 暂时敷衍我，因为如果诚如他们所说，马来西亚的都不能的话，那牵扯太广了，包括哪些用cash 买装备的，该如何退钱？还有那些进了很多货还没出完的又该如何？还有那些珍藏版的blizzard 又要退回多少钱？ 我是无所谓，当着免费玩了几个星期的游戏。
