银行可以批我的loan吗

有个问题一直困扰我，就是不懂我可以借到多少loan。那些sales banker就一直跟我讲没问题，可是看了bankinginfo。com和一些网友的comment又讲只可以借到30%of nett income，所以我很乱水。所以希望这里有经验或是在银行做approve loan的 banker可以给我一些意见。

1. joint income 4700 after epf
2. no previous loan record （不过7年前有跟pbbank借过car loan买二手车，不懂还会不会有record）
3. currently no other car loan n housing loan
4. credit card montly average is about rm300, but can clear every month
5. one of the joint person juz start work less than 3 months, another almost 2 years

就这样子，你们可以帮我看看可以借到多少loan or monthly installment per month?

你的资料不齐全
1。你借多少？供几年？
2。joint income 4700 after epf〈是nett income吗？扣了其它人供车供屋供卡的commitment了吗？
3。工钱都有准时进银行吗？有齐全的bank statement?
