从新复牌了。。。因该是他们做了企业重组。不然BURSA也不会让他们复牌的

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd's Listing Committee has resolved to dismiss the appeal by Ngui Kee Corporation (M) Bhd over the earlier rejection of its plan to regularise its financial condition under Practice Note 17 (PN17).

In a statement filed to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, the company said that after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, it had resolved to dismiss the appeal over the PN17 status.

"In arriving at the aforesaid decision, the Listing Committee is of the view that the matters raised by Ngiu Kee in the appeal do not justify any reason to depart from the earlier decision to reject the company's proposed regularisation plan as set out in Bursa Securities' letter dated March 2, 2012 which was announced on March 6," it said.
