PTPTN 3% -> 1% 又可以开始申请了？

刚去了ptptn的网站看到：
PTPTN will re-open the offer to update the Ujrah (1%) conversion on the 1st of January 2012. However, the offer will only be based on the current loan balance on the date of update.
Pengemaskinian maklumat bagi pertukaran kepada pembiayaan Ujrah (1%) telah dibuka semula mulai 1 Januari 2012. Penawaran adalah berasaskan baki pinjaman semasa pada tarikh pengemaskinian maklumat.
意思是又可以申请ptptn从3%去1%了？不是说2011年12月31日那已经截至了？ |
