目前这家公司的股票还在trading着。。。会不会突然就永远suspended？

    不会姜块。。。一步一步的。。。when the company really got problem.. bursamalaysia will as the company do something like add new share holder... as shareholder  buy new share... let other company take over..... if all failed then only the company will suspend and bye bye...

未如期提呈財報 凱達綜合停牌1小時

（吉隆坡1日訊）凱達綜合（HYTEXIN，5058，主要板消費）未能及時提呈財報，今日上午宣布停牌1小時，10時復牌后股價跌1仙報12仙。

該股休市時回揚0.5仙，收在13.5仙，半日共交投2萬2400股；閉市時，該股起0.5仙報13.5仙，成交量3萬600股。

馬證交所因凱達綜合，無法如期提呈截至今年3月31日年度財報，向該公司提出質詢，該公司今早針對此時發布報備文件。

文件指出，公司若在5個交易日后仍無法提呈財報，將被勒令于8月8日停牌，若在6個月內依然無法履行提呈財報的責任，則將遭除牌。

衣物和紡織業者凱達綜合在去年底因沒有即時呈報公司拖欠款項而違反上市條例，遭馬證交所公開申誡。

另外，啟昌集團（ASDION，0068，創業板科技股）同樣于今日宣布停牌1小時，從上午9時起至10時，該股復牌后無交易平盤報29仙。[ChinaPress]

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(2) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”), Hytexin is required to furnish Bursa Malaysia its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2012 for public release, within a period not exceeding four (4) months from the close of the financial year, which was on or before 31 July 2012 (“Relevant Timeframes”).

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28 of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors wishes to announce the following:-

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 65636 OF 2012
The above Company has failed to submit its Audited Financial Statements for financial year ended 31 March 2012 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(2) of Bursa Securities' Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR").

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(5) of the LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframes stated in Paragraph 9.22 and 9.23 of the LR ("Relevant Timeframes") (the last day of the 5 market days is referred to as "Suspension Deadline"), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer. （吉隆坡3日訊）凱達綜合紡織（HYTEXIN,5058,主板消費品組）延遲提交財報，主要是稽查師需要更多時間審核相關支持文件。

該公司發表文告指出，無法依時提呈截至2012年3月31日止財政年審核財報。

根據上市條例，若上市公司無法在最後期限後的5個交易日內提交財報，大馬股票交易所將暫停相關公司的股票交易。

稽查師需時審核
有鑑於此，該公司股票將從下週三（8日）起停牌，至另行通知為止。

該股今日一度跌至9.5仙，過後收窄跌幅，收盤掛13仙，全天下跌0.5仙或3.70%。

該公司表示，將會儘快將上述審核財報提呈給當局。

上市條例也闡明，若上市公司在最後期限的6個月內仍無法交上財報，其股票可能遭除牌。（星洲日報／財經）

上个财政年他的 Net Asset per share 是33分。如这次又亏40-50分，就是负资产了。

Hytex 欠的都是真金白银。但 asset上没什么地产，都是 stocks 和旧机器。如要用realisable value算，可能账面会更低。

又是一家大家族管理的问题公司。

（吉隆坡6日讯）凯达综合纺织（Hytexin，5058，主板消费产品股）今日上呈截至3月31日财年的审计财报予大马交易所，公司股票不会暂停交易。

稍早前，凯达综合纺织因无法在指定期限内呈交截至今年3月31日财年的审计财报，因而被促于8月8日上午9时暂停交易。

根据上市条例，若无法在截止日期的5个交易日内交出财报，相关公司的股票将会在下一个交易日开市暂停交易。

文告指出，上呈审计财报后，公司无需在8月8日暂停交易。

另一方面，凯达综合纺织与CongenialCreative私人有限公司（简称CCSB）6月28日签署一项瞭解备忘录，后者同意协助凯达综合纺织进行重组计划。

这项瞭解备忘录的内容，包括
（1）双方同意凯达综合纺织的重组计划；
（2）CCSB同意将位于东马的各项计划和发展计划注入凯达综合纺织；
（3）CCSB将为凯达综合纺织纳入先进建筑材料和再生能源业务的新业务，以及

（吉隆坡6日訊）凱達綜合紡織（HYTEXIN，5058，主板消費品組）和Congenial Creative公司（CCSB）達致協議，同意重組該公司業務。

與CCSB達致協議
同時，該公司今日已提交財報，因此股票無須暫停交易。

凱達在文告中指出，和Congenial Creative私人有限公司（CCSB）於6月28日達致諒解備忘錄，雙方同意對凱達展開重組。

CCSB有意注入位於東馬的資產和發展計劃，並和凱達共同設立新商業投資，包括先進建築材料和再生能源業務。

凱達在重組行動中將協助CCSB，例如和相關當局聯繫以及取得必要的批准。

CCSB是一家發展和建築公司、先進建材製造商及再生能源供應商。

另一方面，凱達在另一份文告中表示，該公司是在今日提呈截至2012年3月31日止財政年審核財報給大馬股票交易所，供公開發佈。

由於之前無法在期限內提交財報，該股原訂從後日（8日）起停牌。
