看有没有这一个clause （大同小异）:-
“ Not without the previous consent of the Landlord to affix, paint orotherwise exhibit on the exterior of the Demised Premises or the windows thereof or any part thereof or any name plate, signboards, placard, poster or advertisement of any Flagstaff or other thingwhatsoever or use the outer wall of the Demised Premises for thepurpose of any public announcement or exhibit anywhere outsidethe Demised Premises any indication of business or otherwiseexcept upon the written consent and approval of the Landlord.”
