因为citibank在johor 的分行只有1间
服务再好也很麻烦去

而且假日银行又没有开

平日去的话，还要停车费！！！

relationship manager将会协助你一切的问题 他们也会定时向你提供市场的动向和更新 (market update) 尤其有投资的顾客 就最喜欢了
例如 你要申请sub card 你可以直接联络你的relationship manager (RM)

citigold会员将会有终身免费的platinum card
citigold会员可以直接进入citigold center里享有特别的优惠 例如 有sofa坐，报纸杂志看，免费的水和一些饼等等
相信你会发现花旗银行里面有分normal citibanking的和citigold的

很多时候你不用去branch了 全部transaction都可以通过网上(Citibank Online)来处理 又或者是可以用Citibank的App (smart phone) 来交易 不然还可以打电话给citiphone来做transaction 就连定期存款(time deposit)也可以自己在网上弄 多么方便
