Account Executive-职业前景？

男，88年，ACCA， BSC (Hons) apllied accounting. Working Exprience: 1 year audit, 1 year commerce.

Fortune 500, 日本MNC，KL branch。SAP。  八月中上班，公司政策六个月试用期，这个月头被confirm，promoted 为account exe，加薪200，迈入3k。

工作包括：
a)Cash flow-planning, monitor, decision & control,
b)Data entry-Key in data/journal to SAP, monthly closing account
c)Deal with banker for LC, DP, TT, Forex booking/monitor
d)Coordinate with business department
e)SAP consultant/Co-ordinater
f)Others-report HQ，fixed asset sighting, balance confirmation, guidance for account assistant

上头有Senior Manager & Assist Manager (新)
请问人工合理吗？还有发展前景吗？得待多久？想往reporting前进...想规划下未来的职场方向。。。聆听前辈们的指教。。。

我来说一些真正发生在我身边的事。

我的公司的人很多做accounts exec埋头苦干有十多、二十年，人生平平淡淡酱，还是单身、没有结婚。没有家庭，就每天呆在公司，周末周日也是。虽然如此，他们觉得这样的人生没有问题的。对我而言，这是一场恶梦。


做A/C，视野不能小，还要认识很多朋友，才可以做高层。不然就匆匆过了十多、二十年。做因为埋在office里忙碌工作没有个人时间，感到孤单，会使人迷失自己。最后发现到工作只不过如此而已，自己却老了。
