最近发现到公司的电话费越来越高，想找COST SAVING PLAN (节省通话费的配套）？？有谁可以帮忙吗？？

    Each local call is charged at 8 sen for the first 2 minutes or part thereof and 4 sen for each subsequent minute or part thereof.


去这个plan之前的rate是 RM 2.4 /HR

    好像是不能
