木家具公司股价飚DPS资源股项值关注

前一阵子被股市遗忘的木家具股项最近在大马股市明星股丰盛工业（HARVEST）及SYF资源等的带领下一洗过去多年的霉运并在短期内猛涨数倍。虽然这些公司或许个别有企业行动进行中而导致股价走高，马币最近走弱对木家具出口商整体来说是有利的。同行的DPS资源母股和凭单在上周也开始受到投资者注意而从低位强力反弹。该公司母股和凭单在上周五分别以13.5仙和8.5仙结束交易。


DPS资源在2011年6月结束的首半年取得392万令吉的净盈利。比去年同期的24万令吉大幅增长。其实该公司的营业额是受到上半年马币升值影响而从去年同期的5546万令吉下跌至4239万令吉。不过该公司在控制成本以及营运效率提高而成功提升盈利。截至2011年6月30日，该公司每股净资产达到60仙。

DPS-WA向来都以非常高的估价交易。该凭单从溢价角度来看是超高的。不过居于股价波动大，其短期交易吸引力还是有的。目前凭单的引伸波幅达接近100%，和母股短期历史波幅相若。如果DPS资源股价高波幅继续，该凭单在短期内还能享有高溢价。不过若母股价钱平稳下来，DPS-WA的价钱就可能母股波幅减低而受影响。

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q :  63011 OF  2011
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has on 14 November 2011 issued an UMA query on
the trading of the Companys securities.

In this respect, investors are advised to take note of the Companys reply to
the above UMA query which will be posted at Bursa Malaysias website under the
company announcements, http://announcements.bursamalaysia.com when making their
investment decision.

The contents of the UMA query is as follows:-
We draw your attention to the sharp increase in price and high volume in your
Companys securities recently.
In accordance with the Corporate Disclosure Policy on Response To Unusual
Market Activity pursuant to paragraph 9.11 of the Main Market Listing
Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Main LR"), you are requested
to furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with an

announcement for public release after making due enquiry with your directors
and major shareholders seeking the cause of the unusual market activity in the
Companys securities.
In this respect, you are also required to publicly confirm, amongst others, the
following:-

1.         whether there is any corporate development relating to your Groups
business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account
for the unusual market activity including those in the stage of negotiation /
discussion. If yes, kindly provide the details including the status of the
corporate development to enable investors to make informed investment decision;
2.        whether there is any rumour or report concerning the business and
affairs of the Group  that may account for the unusual market activity and in
this respect, you are required to comply with paragraphs 9.09 and 9.10 of the
Main LR;
3.        whether you are aware of any other possible explanation to account
for the unusual market activity; and
4.        your compliance with the Main LR, in particular paragraph 9.03 of the
Main LR on immediate disclosure obligations.
Please note that the contents of the announcement must be endorsed by the Board

of Directors of the Company and the announcement must reach Bursa Securities
immediately via Bursa LINK.

熊來之前，有賺的人會走人才是好，有賺不走也沒用。

有人講，世界未日，但是這世界未日是什麼呢 ?
就是自已死了，如人沒死，講太多世界未日有何用呢 ?
同樣道理，股票市埸也是魔鬼要殺人的埸所，不是我死就是你死，所以股災也造成很多人跳樓而死，為何會如此呢 ?

因為賺的越多，就貪的越多，最後越加越大的賭注，所以魔鬼就在地獄那里看世人在股票所大笑講，看，我多會買股，賺了多少錢，魔鬼就在下面和小鬼們講，大家過不了多久，就有美味的靈魂可以享用了。

不过euro好像有好消息，开始反弹了。。
