拜托，谁可以帮我写这封信？

请问公司银行户口三次透支，而被银行冻结户口，银行方面说若要重新启用的话必须写一封信件为此事件解释。请问此类的英文信该怎么写呢?
事情是这样的，我老板今早本来要去银行bank in钱的，可是银行竟然没电，cash deposit machine不能够操作所以才无法及时进钱的，已经及时去邻近的branch进钱了。可是结果还是被封户口了。
拜托，谁可以帮我写这封信？我英文程度有限~~

公司的cash flow既然差到这样啊？
是不是要倒闭了？

哈哈，还好我不是那个老板，我只是帮他做part time帐目的罢了～不过他们的cash flow很差是真的。其实我是不必帮他写信的，只是本着能帮则帮的心而已，只要他没有拖我payment就可以了咯。其实他每次都是银行不够钱了，然后就bound cheque咯。那老板说11月3号那天早上九点就接到银行的人电话告知户口没剩多少钱了，老板关了电话就直接去银行要bank in cash,结果counter staff说电脑有问题所以叫他去最靠近的一间分行去bank in钱（我不懂为什么他不用cash deposit machine）结果去到分行却被那里的职员说已被列入黑名单之类的，因为已不是第一次。老板说能否通融一下，因为不完全是他的疏忽，当天front counter那边不能直接让他bank in cash他才赶不及，然后才bound cheque的。银行方面要求老板跟据当天所发生的情形写一封辩解信，然后再看银行总部方面接不接受当天所出现的特殊状况咯。


是真的很婆妈下，唉～

老闆遇到苦難員工辭職就是所謂的醒目 ？？

Dear Sir/Madam,


Please unfreeze my current a/c xxxxxx

My a/c was frozen hor, that was because I got bounced cheque on 3/11/2011 hor. Actually har that day morning 9am when I received a call telling me that my a/c don't have enough money. I fast fast go to bank in money liow. But hor, the counter staff said computer got problem wor. So I can't bank in money lah. Then hor the counter staff also asked me to go to other nearby branch to bank in money lah. After that I mah went to other branch lah. But when I reached the other bank, that bank staff said my a/c already got black listed wor. Lau eh.

You see lah. Is not totally my fault leh. I had tried my best already. Please lah, can unfreeze my current a/c or not ? Cincai cincai lah. When you buy things from me I give you 50% discount lah. You don't tell, I don't tell. Nobody knows. Can unfreeze my a/c ah ? Can lah har. Thank you very much lor.

Appeal to reinstate Current A/C no.xxxxxxxxx

I am writing in to provide explaination why I wasn't able to maintain sufficient fund in the said A/C on 3/11/2011. Around 9am that day, I receiving a phone call from one of your bank officer(Mr/Ms abc) , informing that my A/C has insufficient fund. After ending the phone call, I went straight to xxxxx branch and wanted to bank in money. Unfortunately I was told by counter staff(Mr/Ms def) that there was system interruption and advised me to deposit at the nearest branch and that time was around ??:??. By the time I reached yyyyy branch at around ??:??, I was told by Mr/Ms hij that my A/C has already been black listed.

I wish to make an appeal to reinstate my A/C. Despite I had tried my best to prevent bouncing cheque from happening, unfortunately system interruption was at the wrong timing that caused me not able to make deposit in time. I hope bank authority would consider my appeal and your help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

如果你的理由只是因为银行打电话给你了，你才进钱，但是进不到的话，我想银行不会接受你老板的解释

作为一个current account 拥有者，如果被bounds ３次，就会记录在国家银行档案，去哪间银行都再也不能开current account

不如你在信里面提出一些比较有利的理由，比如出国之类的。。。银行比较容易接受你的解释

如果还是不能，请等待半年到３年的观察期再上诉。。。
