RAZR VS GalaxyS2

各位大大,可以告诉我哪台比较好吗?

(For the sake of accuracy over marketing, we should point out it does have a bump at the top that houses the camera which is 11.4mm, but the rest of the phone is 7.1mm)
Unlike the your grandfather's RAZRs, which were very much about stunning case designs with abominable software-as-an-afterthought, this handset runs Android Gingerbread 2.3.5.
From the front, the RAZR looks like any other big-screen Android handset...

But from the side, it's thin. Very, very thin.
It all runs on a very snappy dual-core 1.2GHz TI OMAP4430 processor, with ARM Cortex A9 cores, and sports a 4.3" super AMOLED display with 960x540px resolution -- just shy of the iPhone 4/4S's resolution.
Coupled with a decent Android movie player like MxPlayer, it's a playback beast -- small enough to use comfortably on the bus but with a big and bright enough screen to make watching TV episodes and movies enjoyable.
The RAZR comes with MPEG-4 and Xvid CODEC support built-in and can output to a TV at 1080P resolution.

The flap on the left side near the bottom covers the micro-SIM and micro-SD card slots.

Unlike the Motorola XOOM which had horribly placed ports, the RAZR has been sensibly designed, with a mini-HDMI port, micro USB and standard 3.5mm headphone port on the top edge.No 4G for Australia
The bad news is that Australia won't be getting the 4G/LTE version that's being sold on the Verizon network in the USA -- instead, we are getting a more traditional 3G HSPA version capable of 14.4Mbit/s download and 5.76Mbit/s upload, which will be exclusively sold through Optus until the end of the year.
It is being sold unlocked, though, so you can take it to another network if you like (but no doubt importers like Mobicity will be providing an unlocked version cheaper than the $1419 cost of cancelling an Optus $59 contract.)
The version being sold by Optus supports the 850MHz frequency used by Telstra Next G, along with 900MHz used by Optus and Vodafone for regional coverage, and 2100MHz used by in the city.  It also supports 1900MHz, which is used in the USA and Canada for 3G.
Another feature left out for the Australian version is the 16GB micro SD card that comes in the box with the US version -- we get 16GB on-board memory like the US version, but an empty micro-SD card slot. (The US gets 16GB on-board plus a 16GB memory card for a total of 32GB.)
The upside of the lack of LTE hardware and extra memory card is that Motorola Australia has been able to get the device into the country at a surprisingly affordable price-point: it is selling for $0 upfront on an Optus $59 plan over two years.
This compares favourably to the iPhone 4 which costs $20 per month on top of the $59 plan on Optus -- an additional $480 over the two year contract. However, it's the same price as the Samsung Galaxy S II -- a handset APC declared the premier Android smartphone of this generation just a week ago.
People who spring for the $79 plan with Optus also get a free kit that contains a dock, a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse and car mount/charger. Yum yum, Ice Cream
Motorola confirmed the device would get a free upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
"We do plan to upgrade this device to Ice Cream Sandwich -- obviously, that hasn't been made available to other vendors yet; it's still a Google Experience Device exclusive right now, but we hope to upgrade Razr to it early next year," Timo Brouwer, Motorola Australia MD confirmed.
Motorola is currently being acquired by Google for the tidy sum of US$12billion, which should put it high in the queue for access to Ice Cream Sandwich. And it's crackable, with Motorola's blessing (sort of)
The bootloader on the RAZR can be unlocked, Brouwer also confirmed. "There's a process -- there's a Motorola Developers website called MotoDev, you can sign up and unlock it from there," he said.
Unlocking the bootloader of an Android device allows modified versions of Android to be loaded onto the phone in place of the vendor's version. Popular mods include the Cyanogen Mod and MIUI.
"I know we've been a little harsh on bootloaders in the past, but there's a reason -- it's important that people understand that if they unlock the bootloader, the warranty on the phone will expire," said Brouwer.
"We've listened to consumers though -- there's a large… no, small but very vociferous proportion … that are insisting that we do this, so we've made it possible."Other nice features
Kevlar: The back of the phone is made of kevlar -- the same type that's used in cop jackets. Motorola says it hasn't tested whether the RAZR would work as a top-pocket shield for bullets, though, and recommends against relying on it for that purpose.

The back of the RAZR is sealed, and made of kevlar, which is five times stronger than steel at the same weight.

A close-up of the kevlar. Since kevlar actually is a fabric, it feels soft.
Camera: The RAZR has an eight megapixel camera and its software has been upgraded to include panoramic photography like what's built into Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. (Of course, it's nothing that a 99c app can't add to any smartphone these days, but it's still nice to have in the basic feature-set.)
The camera is capable of shooting 1080P video, and has stabilisation built-in.

The 8 megapixel camera has panorama stitching built-in to its software.
Micro-SIM: The RAZR is the third phone on the market after the iPhone and Nokia N9 to take Micro-SIM cards, making it easier for iPhone customers to make the switch to Android.
Motocast: New PC and Mac server software from Motorola lets you access the contents of your home computer on the RAZR.
Right now the website says the Motocast software is only available to Motorola internal trial participants -- presumably this will change by the time the handset goes on sale!
It appears from the screenshot below that Motocast will be both a system for syncing content with your phone (presumably on Wi-Fi when you're on your home network) and accessing your PC's content remotely.
