KUCHING: Silverdrum and its sister companies, Key Synergy Sdn Bhd and Central Prosperity Sdn Bhd, will be showcasing three projects, namely, SOHO 188, TriBeCa Condominiums & Suites and 2nd Precinct at the SARBEX 2011 Total Living Home and Property Exhibition which would be held at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching from September 30 - October 2.The three-day event would see more than 100 exhibition booths being taken up by developers from East Malaysia, Peninsular Malaysia and overseas.
Silverdrum’s Director Alan Sim said, “SOHO 188 at Jalan Wan Alwi, developed by Central Prosperity, is divided into Phase One (East) and Phase Two (West), which consists of 24 units and 29 SOHO units respectively.
The project is 95% sold with only two SOHO units left.Choice Supermarket has taken up a large commercial lot to become the project’s anchor tenant.” Each of the two-storey SOHOs is made up of 1,600 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and a spacious 1,500 square feet Apartment on the first floor.The innovative designs of this Project which made it so successful are the different facades of the SOHOs and the two parking spaces at the rear end of the SOHOs which can be opened and closed by an electric roller shuttle, he added.
After winning the 2009 SHEDA High-end Residential Awards with its flagship project, “The Imperiale Residence” along Jalan Wan Alwi, Silverdrum has launched yet another high-end condominium project - “TriBeCa Condominium and Suites” - located along Jalan Urat Mata/Jalan Song which consists of 104 tastefully designed 3+1 bedroom condominiums ranging in size from 1,432 sq.ft.
to 1,485 sq.ft.housed in four blocks of 7-8 storey blocks, each served by 2 lifts.
“The outstanding features of TriBeCa are its outstanding location and the low density of four units per floor which is unprecedented in Kuching.Together with the full Club House Facilities, its 3 tier security system and 2 car parks per unit, TriBeCa has redefined condominium living in Kuching.So far, TriBeCa has received overwhelming response and more than 60% of available units have been snapped up and Silverdrum expects to deliver the project to the purchasers by mid 2013,” Sim revealed.
The Clubhouse facilities feature a gym, a 22-metre lap swimming pool, a wading pool with jacuzzi, male and female steam rooms, shower and changing rooms and a waiting lounge.It also has a unique specially designed function room that opens to a large tropical deck fronting the swimming pool which allows the hosting of private parties of up to 30 guests.
Another project that will be on sale during SARBEX 2011 is “2nd Precinct” by Key Synergy, another of Silverdrum’s sister company.
2nd Precinct is sited along Jalan Setia Raja next to the BDC Stutong roundabout and opposite One TJ and comprises 26 units of 3-storey shophouses.
The designs of the shophouses are ultra modern and each unit has a different look from the next unit.
Key Synergy had sold more than 50% of the shophouses at “2nd Precinct” in less than a week and it was expected that the shophouses would be fully taken up soon.The project will be completed by mid 2013.
Meanwhile, the principal company of the Group, Coramax Sdn Bhd, will be launching an integrated city development along Jalan Wan Alwi which will have an estimated total built up area of 1.5 million sq.ft.with 3,500 car parks under Phase 1 of the 2-phase project.The project will be among the largest of its kind in Sarawak and is expected to be in the market by the first quarter of next year.The Company accepts registration of interests for the project.
