各位现在我用着panasonic MCFX30 的underwater casing, 我买来二手的， 有一个spare 的o-ring. 当我收到这个casing 时，我的天， o-ring 竟然还在casing 里面， 开来看看， 摸到o-ring 有粗粗的感觉， 应该是盐吧，相信那个卖家在一年前潜水后没有拿过那个ｏ－ｒｉｎｇ 出来。 为了避免我的相机遭殃， 我快快换掉那个o-ring, 所以我的casing 基本上是没有spare o-ring 的了。
于是我问了很多本地和新加坡卖和service 相机壳的店, 他们都没有卖这个o-ring， 纷纷叫我问回panasonic. 于是我就email 问问panasonic, 他们身为生产商， 应该有keep 到一些stock 吧。
今天我得到他们的reply, 我真的很无言了。

大约解析上面的email, 就是说o-ring 是跟 marine case 一起的， 所以我应该买一个新的marine case, 不能单单买o-ring 罢了。

Good afternoon,
I'm quiet surprise when I'm asking a spare o-ring for my panasonic DMW-MCFX30 O-Ring, and your company did ask me to buy the whole set of marine case.
Do you have any idea how much the different of the o-ring and the whole set of marine case? I check the website, the outsider selling the o-ring for USD 15, and the whole set of marine case cost USD 250. I can get from them no problem but I don't want to waste my time waiting the thing to be shipped from US.
Even an outsider got the spare o-ring, but Panasonic, as the manufacturer of the product didn't keep the spare. I think this is the funniest thing i heard. Or maybe its a business strategic for Panasonic, when customer asking for the spare battery for the camera, did you actually tell the customer to buy the new set of camera instead of buying the battery since its come in set?
Should I cc this email to your HQ in Japan?

如果要在美国寄过来的话不值得了， 因为寄费不便宜， 而且要等很久。
请问各位， 一架潜水相机壳的ｏ－ｒｉｎｇ大约寿命是多久， 如果我们潜水后立刻拿出来， 涂一层ｇｒｅａｓｅ， 然后ｓｅａｌ 起来。
