开TRADING ACCOUNT

想问问去银行开CDP然后再去开TRADING ACCOUNT还是直接去证劵行开CDP+TRADING ACCOUNT比较好？？？

一定要有CDP才能有TRADING ACCOUT吗？为何我听说一些没有CDP也可以有TRADING ACCOUNT但是可能会有CUSTODY CHARGES..

POEMS是不是UNDER PHILIP的？是不是不同证劵行有不同的系统？？？

普遍的BROKERAGE FEE最少是25吧。。最高有40.。之前其他的CLEARING FEE或ACCESS FEE每个证劵行都一样吗？

Documents required
1.Account Opening Application Form
2.CDP Form 25 (Authorisation for linkage of trading account to securities account)
3.CDP Form 1.3 (Application Form for opening a CDP Securities Account if you don’t have one already)
4.W-8 BEN (if you wish to trade in the US Market)
5.Copy of Identity Card (NRIC) for Singaporean or Passport and Work Permit/Employment Pass for foreigners on EP or Work Permit
6.Income documents
请问我如何拿到那些FORM啊？CDP Form 25 & CDP Form 1.3.。。

1.Buying & Selling Stocks can be done either using the online trading facility available when you open a trading account with a bank or through a representative via phone. Using the phone banking facility to buy shares will incur a higher brokerage commission and fee as compared to buying it online.
为何用电话BANKING会CHARGE比较高的BROKERAGE COMMISSION + FEE？不是都ONLINE吗？

.Fees for buying stocks:
1.Clearing Fee (CDP imposed): 0.04% (max: SGD 600)
2.SGX Trading Fee: 0.0075%
3.Goods and Services Tax: 7% on the brokerage fees and other charges.
4.Commission charges for buying mutual funds vary from 1% to 5% depending on the fund and the bank.
这些FEE都是STANDARD的吗？？？买SHARE至少都有以上四个CHARGE对吗？

1.Electronic Payment for Share (EPS): This facilitates the transfer of funds between designated banks account of investors and their stockbroking companies (In this case the bank you open the trading account with).
2.Bill payment via Internet Banking.
3.Setting up a GIRO with your bank and the brokerage firm (In this case the bank where you open the trading account).
想请问EPS跟IB跟GIRO这两者有什么差别？好处、坏处？谢谢。。。谢谢！

没这么复杂吧!我是去bukit batok poems register 的，什么CDP,trading acc,giro transfer 都一次过。带ic ,bank book 如果用cpf 就要另开investment acc.(去bank 开先)

基本上只要你在新加坡工作，那么你应该是不可能不用还GST。

而GIRO和EPS的不同点是：


GIRO会直接从你的银行户口把钱提出来。


而EPS是你需要通过银行的ATM来转账（或者通过网上银行服务转账）。


若通过网上交易的话，那么，你需要选择你的股票证券商，然后放reference no as你的股票经纪和你的证券行户口。

   这个看个人，有些人比较喜欢自己付钱给股票行（就选择EPS)，有些人喜欢自动从银行里扣除付款（选择GIRO）。
