马来西亚的高庭

小弟有一些关于标题的问题相问问各位法律有学之士。请问东马的high court 使用的是什么语文，我做了一些searching 但不太看得懂那些法律条文，另外西马high court 用的又是什么语文，两地的法庭用的是英文还是国文？我指的是在法庭上打官司的时候！ 谢谢

at sabah and sarawak there, mostly is english...but it is depends to the judge...normally, for high court and above we use english, subordinate courts mostly is malay~

i see .... if for the courts in west malaysia ? how about the languange of answering of withness when they are on the court ?

mostly in english...cause the judges are english educated...
