Registration of Company ( ROC) [ minimum 2 directors, 2 shareholders]
Form 9= Birth Cert of Your company ( issued by SSM, together with you company number)
Form 24= Allotment of shares [ ie paid up capital] ( to SSM)
Form 49= Officers of Company ( ie. directors, Managers, secretaries...etc)
Form 48A= declaration of directors appointment ( 一定要tested by commission of oath）
