请问劳工法令是否阐明新员工必须在半年后,才可请年假?

不好意思,想请问各位大大,劳工法令是否有一条条例是阐明,一名新的员工必须要在半年后,才可以请年假呢?

60E. Annual leave
(1) An employee shall be entitled to paid annual leave of--- (a) eight days for every twelve months of continuous service with the same employer if he has been employed by that employer for a period of less than two years;
- (b) twelve days for every twelve months of continuous service with the same employer if he has been employed by that employer for a period of two years or more but less than five years; and
- (c) sixteen days for every twelve months of continuous service with the same employer if he has been employed by that employer for a period of five years or more
EMPLOYMENT ACT 1955 60E(1A) 已经阐明新员工(即服务少于两年者)必须在该公司服务至少12个月后,才可在另外一个12月里享有其8天的年假。有些公司在半年或confirmation后就享有年假,是因为跟着公司policy。任何更改将以马来西亚劳工法例为准。 |

现在的公司多数是让员工在被confirm之后就批准拿年假了。可是是算purata的。 |
