在新加坡买iPhone 4, 3Gs的朋友，如果你的手机有问题，你可以跟着以下方法.

1.  先到 https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
检查你的waranty

2. 如果还有waranty, 请先致电
+65-6835-1812 (Apple Singapore)
然后告诉他们你面对的问题。你要准备的是你的serial number.
之后如果是可以repair/1-1 exchange的，他会给你一个case number & email

3. 然后带你的电话，去一下地址。
