刚买了屋子, 屋主打算以五千买我以下家具, 你们认为值得吗?

Used furniture and appliances incudes:

Size: Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L)

   1. 1 Solid Wood TV cabinet (L)
   2. 1 27inch *flat screen* Samsung TV (*need fix – have sound without image)
   3. 1 wall cd rack/cabinet (M)
   4. 1 Solid Wood dining table with 6 chairs (L)
   5. 1 “L” shape couch with ¾ circle shape sittings (L)
   6. 2 study/ office table with 3 drawers (L)
   7. 1 samsung 2 doors refrigerator (*need fix – running but not cooling)
   8. LG Fuzzy logic washing machine 6.0kg (working condition)
   9. 1 dining (kitchen) table with 6 chairs (*need refurbish)
  10. 1 movable kitchen cabinet
  11. 1 iron dishes rack (L)
  12. 3 wall book racks (S)
  13. 1 closet with 2 sliding door (clothing storage) (M)
  14. 1 samsung air conditioner (*need fix)
  15. 2 book racks (white, L + M size)
  16. queen size bed w/ mattress
  17. 1 Pioneer 3 CD changer VCD player with radio (*need mechanical fix on the CD changer)
  18. 3 + 2 + 1 seater PVC couch (L size)




* Note: This list contains *almost* everything currently in the house.
