SPSETIA - NOTICE OF BONUS ENTITLEMENT

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q :  60771 OF  2011 Bonus issue of up to 665,059,057 new ordinary shares of RM0.75 each in S P Setia Berhad (S P Setia) (S P Setia Share(s)), to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of one (1) new S P Setia Share (Bonus Share) for every two (2) existing S P Setia Shares held by the entitled shareholders of S P Setia as at 5.00 p.m. on 21 April 2011 (Entitlement Date) (Bonus Issue). Kindly be advised of the following : 1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Bonus Issue" ]       as  from : [ 19 April 2011 ] 2)  The last date of lodgement : [ 21 April 2011 ] 3)  Retention Money :  Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-     a)  Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/3 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.     b)  Buying Broker to deduct [ 33.33% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.     c)  Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/3 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable. Remarks :   "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 22 April 2011 with bonus issue of SPSETIA shares of RM0.75 each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive SPSETIA bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his SPSETIA shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (19 April 2011). For example, if Mr X purchases 200 SPSETIA shares on cum basis on 18 April 2011, Mr X should receive 200 shares on 21 April 2011. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 300 SPSETIA shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 21 April 2011 being the Book Closing Date. 小弟在6.46（一月）时买了2lot

上面的example 是说如果买2lot送1lot，
如果我本来就已经有2lot的还会得到么free 1lot? 可是它又提到什么RM0.75 是新的share price , 哪是不是我已经有了２lot 要加rm75,来得到新的１lot? 小弟是新手学习中。感激

    哪是不是我只要hold着我手上的2lot ,就可以得到新的1lot？如果 是哪是不是说我以前
200 x 6.46  = RM1292

拿到新的1lot 我拥有的就会变成

当着以后我要卖时是6.70
300 x 6.70 = 2010?

假設在那天 sp setia是6.5
6.5*2=13
13/3= 4.333新價錢(不懂要不要round up..)
你的value 300*4.333

Ex-date 是19號, 你抱到18號5點就有一粒紅股.

RM6.46 是你的本錢?

RM 6.46 x 2/3= RM 4.30666
RM 4.30666 x 300= RM 1292

Ex-date 后股價自會調整到4塊多, 資金還是一樣多, 根本就沒賺到, 不過2 粒變3 粒精神上勝利而已.
