有B&W,可是‘屋主’不赔钱...

B&W写明任何一方终止合约(就是住少过6个月),需要赔一个月给另一方。
才住了一个月多,屋主就叫我们搬,理由是真正的屋主要收回整间单位,才知道原来这个屋主也是租的。
agent说那张agreement是我们和屋主之间的事,和他们没关系。
agent帮我们和屋主谈了可是不打算赔。
我们可以到那里投诉? |

千多块的数目受理吗?

Claim forms can be obtained from the Tribunals in person or by fax through the teleresponse system at 64355937. The claim form can also be obtained from here.
A person or company who wishes to make the claim is referred to as the "Claimant" while the person or company claimed against is referred to as the "Respondent". The party you claim against can also claim against you in the same claim. This is referred to as a "Counterclaim".
If you lodge your claim personally at the Tribunals, please note that you will need to tender at the time of the lodgment the following:
i) Claim Form duly completed– 4 copies [1 original and 3 photocopies];
ii) Supporting documents – 1 copy each;
iii) An original copy of the latest Instant Information search [Business Profile] of the Respondent, if the Respondent is a Company or Business;
iv) A photocopy of the Instant Information search [Business Profile] if you as the Claimant is operating as a Company or Business.
If you lodge your claim through facsimile(fax), please fax the following documents to 65364478 or 64355994:
i) Claim Form duly completed – 1 copy;
ii) Supporting documents – 1 copy each. Please note that if the total number of pages of supporting documents exceeds more than 3 pages, do not fax the supporting documents. Instead bring the copies at the time of Consultation, to be forwarded to the Registrar or Assistant Registrar;
iii) A photocopy of the latest Instant Information search [Business Profile] of the Respondent, if the Respondent is a Company or Business. Please note that the original search is to be tendered at the time of Consultation, to the Registrar or Assistant Registrar.
Payment for claims lodged via fax may be made in person or by post. If in person, payment can be made by cash, NETS or crossed cheque. If by post, payment is only to be made by cheque. Only local cheques drawn on local banks will be accepted. For crossed cheque, it should be made payable to the "Registrar, Subordinate Courts". All payments must be made within 7 days of the date of the acknowledgment sent to the parties, or the claim will be deemed withdrawn. For claims lodged via fax only, parties would have to provide one copy each of the claim form and the supporting documents (provided that if more than 3 pages, the claimant shall bring a set at Consultation).
Where payment is made at the Tribunals, the payment can be made by cheque, cashier’s order, cash or NETS. All cheques or cashier’s order must be crossed and made payable to the “Registrar, Subordinate Courts”.
The Instant Information search [Business Profile] can be purchased online at the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority’s (ACRA) BizFile website, www.bizfile.gov.sg (> Purchase of Information > Instant Information > Business Profile) or at any ACRA-accredited service providers. The nearest service provider is listed below.
Attending the Consultation / Mediation
After a claim is lodged or filed, the Tribunals will fix the claim for a Consultation / Mediation before the Registrar. The Tribunals will generally fix the Consultation / Mediation within 10 or within 14 days from the date of lodging or filing of the claim. If a claim is not settled at the Consultation before the Registrar, it will generally be fixed for hearing within 7 or within 10 days from the date of Consultation. For a tourist claim, the Tribunals may fix both the Consultation / Mediation and the Hearing within 24 hours of the lodging or filing of the claim.
The Tribunals employ mediation extensively in their proceedings. At the Consultation before the Registrar, the Registrar will mediate the claim, to assist parties in resolving the dispute. If the claim is fixed for Hearing before the Referee, the Referee may also explore the possibility of settlement, before adjudicating the claim.
Even after a claim has been filed, the parties can still attempt to resolve the matter between themselves before the Consultation date and should there be a settlement, and if the Claimant wishes to withdraw the claim, the Claimant will have to write in to the Tribunals as regards the withdrawal of the Claim. Parties should also inform the Tribunals, in writing, as regards the settlement.
After a claim is lodged, the parties are required to first attend a Consultation wherein an attempt for an amicable settlement will be mediated upon by a Registrar or Assistant Registrar of the Small Claims Tribunals. Further Consultations can be fixed at the Registrar’s or Assistant Registrar’s discretion, and if no amicable settlement can be arrived at, a hearing date will be given for the parties to attend a Hearing before a Referee. The Referee has the discretion to award costs against a Claimant whose claim is considered by the Referee to be frivolous or vexatious.
Please note that lawyers are not allowed to represent any party for proceedings at the Tribunals.

花几十块去小额赔偿法庭讨回千多块,很划算。
他被法庭庭令吓到还敢不给钱吗?这是小新不是大马,凡是怕law. |

口讲无评。 我建议你故意sms他,让他reply你,收证据。或可以录音录像等,我找定第三者来做在场证人。
这样那条粉肠就不能抵赖。  |

這些問題我有遇過,但是沒用的,就算你贏了,他堅持不賠錢,你最多可以去他的家,充公他的家裡的東西來抵消,但是你要給900塊的手續費咯!lppl |
