Lighting交流赛 JF11 - 优胜者感想 + 教程

Nightreelf (总成绩优胜者)


嗨, 大家好!我是郑费翔, 网点名是Nightreelf. 从事3d至今已经五年了.
在此要谢谢各位参加和参与这场交流赛, 从过程中到点评都让人获益匪浅. 第一张参加作品,
NTE-E01 的灯光设置前提是尽量用简单的方式达到照片级的较逼真效果. 虽然个人觉得挺满意,
不过和各位高水平的作品比较就逊色很多了, 所以再接再厉完成了NTE-E02.
首先收集资料, 主要的参考如下;

1) 55 Blair Road,Singapore by Ong & Ong Architects.
2) Hotel Puerta America by Zaha Hadid Architects.

重点平衡在蓝色灯巢和暖色的阳光, 对我来说是有难度的, 不过也是最有趣和收获的过程. 希望
能把所学运用于实际工作上, 培养艺术价值的观念.

Hi, Nightreelf here. My real name is Tee Fei Siang. After completed my Bachelor Degree in Housing, Building and Planning, I work along with 3d visuals for 5 years until now.

I would like to say thanks to all for the Lighting competition. I’ve learnt, practiced and improved a lot through WIP and feedback. Rendering NTE-E01 is my 1st creation for the competition. I aimed to create photorealistic image with simple scene and lighting setup up. I m pretty happy with the result, however it is not going to be a good choice since it is Lighting challenge. So therefore I’ve decide to make NTE-E02.

I’ve done some research, and mostly refer to the followings:

1) 55 Blair Road,Singapore by Ong & Ong Architects.
2) Hotel Puerta America by Zaha Hadid Architects.

I tried capturing the blueish tone in my interior while remain a warm tint of sun light cast into it. The difficulty was to balance the temperature between them. This were to be an interesting experience for me. I look up to merge this effort into commercial work for more artistic point of view.

嗨,大家好!我是CM, 非常荣幸能得到HONORABLE MENTION这个奖项,感谢大家给与的肯定。

在这次的交流赛中学习到了不少使用iray的方式,觉得它有不少的限制,暂时还不怎么适合拿来做室内的场景,希望下次再参加类似时能再尝试不同的渲染器。




Hi, I am CM, a 3D Artist working and learning in CG industry from last 6 years with few studios. I'm interest in modeling, texturing, lighting and animation.

It's an honor to have my work being selected as honorable mention. Thanks everyone for giving me support.

I learnt a lot about iRay in this competition, and got to know it's limitation which I found it is not an ideal renderer to work with interior scene.

I shall continue to explore different renderer in future.

写个制作过程来与大家分享。
软件:3ds Max,Vray, Adobe Photoshop。

1)设置Gamma 2.2,Vray LWF。


2)检查并加一个格子的模型。



3)为柜子加shell modifier,加厚度以便以后的light box效果。

天花板也是。


4)水。

Plane加noise modifier。


5)上材质了。做个较逼真的镜面。



Bump。

Shellac。


6)Light box的材质。


Bump。


7)背景。


8)开始打灯。阳光!

注意:没有用Sky哦。

9)当然用Vray相机啦~


10)渲染设置。


GI。



Passes。


11)窗户补光,模拟天光。

后面是补光。


12)Light box的灯。



13)加Spot light让洗脸盆桌面亮些。



14)两张AO。


15)Post Pro里补救不足的地方。


调色。


16)用magic bullet photo looks做grain,edge softness和 chromatic aberration。
