有关HDB购买后不能拥有国外产业问题

我上HDB网看了一下

发现这一段:Ownership/Interest in Property in Singapore or Overseas other than HDB flats
| You can own private property (unless you are applying for a CPF Housing Grant and/or an HDB loan).
However, you, your fiancé(e) and any occupiers listed in the resale application must dispose of any interest in any private residential property within 6 months from the completion of the purchase of the resale flat. |
按照字面上的意思来说,我是不是能在马来西亚购买土地(因为不是 private residential property)之后,还能购买HDB呢?希望各位大大能提供些意见,谢谢~~  |

Within 30 months before the date of application, and
Between the application date and the date of taking possession of the flat |

However, an essential occupier may apply or be included in an application only if he has stayed in the existing flat for 5 years from the *date of taking possession of the existing flat to the date of application for a new flat.
5年后可以,5年。。。都不知道变什么样了。。。 |
