建议你买产业信托，股息回酬比银行定期利息还要高...amfirst(5120),Atrium(5130),股票经纪介绍的...不用承担太高的风险。

Announcement Details/Table Section : We are pleased to announce the dividend policy of Boustead Holdings Berhad (“BHB or Company”) following the review and approval by the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”). It is the Board’s intention to pay dividends to allow shareholders to participate in the profits of BHB. The dividend policy is in line with the Board’s intention to adopt a policy of active capital management where the Board endeavours to declare an interim dividend at the end of each quarter of the financial year in order that shareholders may enjoy a distribution on a regular basis. In this regard, the Company’s ability to pay dividends would depend upon factors such as business prospects, expansion and growth strategies, capital requirements, cash reserves and other factors the Board may deem relevant. Under the dividend policy, the Company intends to paya minimum of 70% of its audited consolidated profit after taxation attributable to its shareholders for each financial year after appropriate adjustments for its profit retained by the associated companies and any unrealised income from fair value adjustments that are non-cash in nature. 我个人推荐Atrium, RM1.05左右，一年分息达8.6sen，高过8%的回酬，比FD高很多。我曾经握住过一段时间，每三个月都固定有股息，已经全部卖出。目前转换投资心态，投资风险高及回酬高的股票。

其实，我也是看好YTLpower的。它在外国的主要能源生意的收入稳定，在我印象中它一季可以赚差不多4sen（分3.75sen股息），在去年的时候盈利提高到6sen（我想原因是发电厂的运作已经进入轨道）。如果不是因为投资在4G，一年的盈利可能会达到24sen，那反映股价可能会到3快钱以上。目前在扣除4G的开销后，仍然有3.5sen左右的盈利，反映股价在RM2.20左右（目前处于RM2.27)。现在的关键就在于4G几时会开始赚钱，还有就是 YTLpower 还会投入大量的资金做4G的建设。我想如果4G开始赚钱，以它目前的股价来说应该是一个理想的投资。还有就是它目前好像有80多亿的现金在手，ytlpower有70亿股，那就是说它每股有差不多RM1.20现金，还有就是它的资产值RM1.10，那目前差不多有RM2.30的价值了。自己看着办吧。

依你看，你觉得4G会普及化吗？如果你是消费者，是不是还有很多公司宽频服务可以选择？以我为例吧，我是玩ipad3G+WIFI版的，我用celcom的宽频服务，我到很多的地方都有很理想的覆盖。。。对我来说，网上下载不重要，我在乎的是宽频服务的覆盖率，ytlpower的4G就办不到这点。。。我不是为celcom打广告，其实我也很不喜欢它们的系统，我有celcom的六条线路，四条手提线路和两条宽频线路，得空得空它们就charge我某某服务费的。。。我就得空得空打电话去服务部投诉咯。。。接线生也不正面答复我是系统问题还是他们内部的问题，只会告诉我他们纠正了误点。。。然后发短讯要我给对他们的服务给意见，懒得理会，收到短讯就删除掉。还有嘛。。。反正打1111是免费的。

如果投资本地市场嘛，我选择有潜质，又有能力派发股息的公司，BSTEAD,CARLSBG,HAIO,PARKSON和DIGI都是我的心头好。。。也只买不卖的。亏过钱，学乖了。。。曾经拥有的TIME,IRIS,ZELAN,HOVID,MARCO现在不碰了。。。。哈哈哈哈

ytlpower par value rm0.50 是不是等于rm0.188 x rm0.50 = 0.094?

    当然还有很多选择啦，MAYBANK,PUBLIC BANK,F&N,GAB等等的，只是视你喜好和考你眼光。。。就算我现在告诉你一间公司有过派发高股息的纪录，可是如果公司管理层没能力发展业务，往日也难保持派息的能力，对吗？我给你一个例子，CCB,2925。你自己上网去调查调查咯。

1. YTLP 以前的確股息很不錯又穩(5%以上), 但是如果是現在買入的話,
    依現在的股價買入, 它的股息大約只有跟一般定存一樣,
    前提是未來她還是繼續派1.875 sen的話.

对，它习惯一年派三次的3.75sen及一次的1.875sen。如果公司继续投入资金，加强及扩张覆盖范围，那应该会影响盈利。如果它可以维持4sen左右的盈利，我相信会继续维持3.75sen的分息。

是的。不过应该会扣除少许的手续费，还有就是tax，就看扣多少，印象中它没有扣税或者是10%。
