让OS4的multitasking活起来。
功能包括：
1）清除apps的shortcut
2）一钮关闭关闭所有运行的app
3）选择让那一个app长久留在switcher dock

Is the apps is free one??? Cause when I using my phone try to install this apps, it show the word purchase, and I using my friend phone to install it is free one??? Why is this happening???
