如果那人问这种问题的话，那个人就不配做operation manager了，市场价都不知道还可以做上manager？

除非老爸的公司吧。

   实不相瞒，那个人就是我！我在这间公司从最小的职位做到现在现在的这个职位，我对我这行业都了解包括市场，但是我的问题是我不了解的是operation manager的工作位置是需要做什么，我对这市场价也不了解，只是想了解的一部分我的薪水超过10K这职位算多还是少和这职位的重要性，谢谢！

好吧，如果你是在新加坡，你的身份是PR的话，以3至5年的manager工作经验，你可以拿到SGD3800到SGD5000.

如果你先前不是manager，那么你的薪水是SGD2600到SGD3200左右，以Junior manager挂名。也要看公司的organisation chart。或你老板豪气，喜欢你，你也可以敢敢开口。


工作范围，你的工作性质属于retail行业，那么你其实是retail operation manager。和其它operation manager不一样（比如工厂，饮食业，或技术性行业）。


Retail OM:
- Oversee chain of outlets. Report to the CEO on sales and operations.
- Ensure compliance with Company standards for quality of products and service.
- Recruit, hire, schedule, train, evaluate and discipline staff in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Ensure proper merchandising, customer and employee safety and sanitation including performing regular operational inspections.
- In charge of new outlets set-up to meet strategic expansion objectives.
- Provide for the maintenance of adequate stock levels and security of inventory.
- Responsible for Marketing and A&P strategies as well as brand awareness and sales turnover
- Assist in establishing store financial budgets and ensure achievement of budgeted results for assigned locations.
- Evaluate established pricing in relation to cost structure to ensure achievement of expected profit margins.
- Participate in day-to-day operation as needed for the successful operation of each location.
- Other duties as determined.

• Retail Chain Management : Provides commercial leadership and development to store management through effective communication, coaching and development.
• KPI Maintenance : Promote, monitor and drive store KPI’s to achieve targets set
• Business Development : Explore new business opportunities with comprehensive risk assessment and costing (i.e new store space demographics, space, rental, new product range etc). Assure all business development activities are performed in a timely and professional manner.
• Dept Reporting : Analyse market trend of competitors and suggest areas of improvement. Provides business planning in budgeting, forecasting and identify opportunities and provide feedback to the Management
• Customer Service Measurement : Analyse and review customer service standards and measurements, and provide information and recommendation to Store Managers.
• Training & Development : Work with HR to design training workshops for store operations. To identify improvement/development needs for stores
• Manpower Planning : Liaise with Store Manager and HR on manpower requirement and recruitment needs


你的上司可以是Director，Senior Manager，CEO或老板。

General manager 比较大。GM是老板的下面，一人之下，万人之上。不过也要看公司如何编写组织架构。

建议你和HR要组织架构，连那个上面，那个下面都不知道，坐上那个位会被下面笑的。


不过被人笑笑下也是好，这样才能激怒你，激发你的冲击力。
