如题，EP 和SP的薪金申请调高
有没有人想过要从EP变成PR,不然就会别降级了

变相强制加薪。
同时给雇主加重成本。

不过也有个好处。
以前刻薄的雇主聘请s pass员工时，
帐目上报$1800，暗地里只给$1000。
员工为了工作，以及换工s pass难再申请，因此只能默默的忍受…

由于s pass的年薪少过$22000，不用报税，当局无从知道(其实就算知道也盖两只眼)。雇主就利用这点剥削他们。
希望加薪后，能够杜绝先进国惨绝人寰的事。

基本上对我没什么影响，搞不好变相加薪我的职业有点冷门的，很多新加坡人都没有读我这科系。所以我到现在 ...

THE Ministry of Manpower (MOM) revealed on Tuesday that Singapore's labour market recovered strongly in 2010, adding 115,900 jobs, after the recession in 2009.

Total employment growth for 2010 was 3.9 per cent, far exceeding the 37,600 or 1.3 per cent in 2009, MOM said in a statement.

Job growth for the fourth quarter of 2010 strengthened to 33,900, supported by hirings for the year-end festivities, MOM added.

Unemployment remained low during 2010, with overall unemployment rate rising slightly in the quarter to a seasonally adjusted 2.2 per cent in December from 2.1 per cent in September.

Among the resident labour force, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was unchanged at 3.1 per cent, with 57,400 unemployed residents in December 2010, the MOM report said.

Labour productivity grew over 2010 by 7.8 per cent in the fourth quarter, higher than the 6.2 per cent increase in the previous quarter. MOM said nominal earnings grew by 7.5 per cent over the year in the fourth quarter of 2010. Weighed down by higher inflation, real earnings rose by 3.4 per cent.
