My name is XXXXX, I am 24 years old , a Malaysian Chinesefrom Kula Lumpur. I been stay in Singapore 3 years. I am graduate from a highschool in SMK Petaling of Malaysia. Let me tell you my works experience.
My 1st job
as shop assistant in Kuala Lumpur. I used to handle photo and document printing,product selling and basically office duty like data entry. I leave for thereason of seeking better offer and more challenge to improve my skill level.
My 2nd job as a Mobile Repairing Technician. Itwas a sub contractor of AAAA Service. I had stay in this company been 2 ½ years.At the 1st
½ year I was onlyfocus on repairing. The rest of the time I be shift to be Technical CS. Thecompany make this decision cause of following the work style of Korea. At Korea AAAA & BBBB Mobile Service Center
were put the Technician to the front desk handlecustomer in directly and repair in front of customer. They promise to done theset repair in shortly. In my position , Technical CS meaning Technician andCustomer Service. I am doing what even the job like Customer Service. I servewalk-in customer, give quotation, answer technical inquiries, doing some adminjob like data entry and document classification. As a Technical CS , I am also guide customer how to use theproduct and troubleshoot the issue of the unit. Including the unit set linkwith computer or doing synchronization. The reason of I leave cause of thecompany always did not pay the bonus in last 3 years. I heard they’re paid forthis year but only ½ month. I feel these position boring and no more new challengeto me, and the main time, the Service Center of I stay will coming become acollection center only. All the technician will move to City area which is ABCD , and I was found is abit fair for me , so I choose to leave.
My 3rd job which mean my current job.
It was belong to a Technical Support Officerof BBBB Mobile After Sales Service.
Thejob description is exactly the same as my 2nd job but I was usuallystay in back room. My job is not only focus in repairing but it was moreexperience to me talk to customer. To give solution, handle customer escalation, troubleshootingand guide customer through the phone online.
I would like to read the information about IT gadget, it wasn’tlimit in Mobile Field. It also including the latest model of computer,hardware, software and the accessories. I own my computer and laptop. I seldomsend it for repair cause I can trouble shoot it for myself.
I am a Chinese who speak, read and write in English,Mandarin and Cantonese. Maybe you will ask why it wasn’t including Malay,because I’m really poor in Malay even I am a Malaysian. I only able understandMalay but not in speak or write. I think I wasn’t good enough for my currenteducation and experience to achieve my goal. I been applied a course for study as a part-time to get a higher education. I hope to be a Professional CustomerService Officer with a Manager Level. So I hope I could get this job , and I believeI can I do the best of I can. Of course the pay and benefit is the most concernfor me.
