我知道的是整个澳洲 , 美国 , 日本 , 法国 , 加拿大 ,英国.... 也挂了 .
看起来确实被屏蔽了. |

不是迅雷不能使用，是迅雷link, "thunder://..." 的不能
在外国迅雷还是能使用种子(.torrent)来下载的
streamyx的问题是... throttling |

虽然是block了，但VIP用离线下载没问题，1对1，不用靠分享资源就可以了。 |

没办法了，就连115网盘3月7日开始取消共享影视资源了。
迅雷禁止下载ftp问题不大，只能靠bt下载了。 |
