At Liberty Reserve we take security very seriously.
Our company is being monitored and tested daily by McAfee and other companies that provide similar services.
These may be some possible reasons that could make your account vulnerable to this kind of situations:
1. An email was sent pretending to be from Liberty Reserve with a link on it, asking you to update your login information or unblock your account by clicking a link and you did.
2. You have clicked on any link that prompted you to a page where you had to provide your information. Remember that Liberty Reserve NEVER sends out any links via e-mail.
3. There was a website asking you to pay via Liberty Reserve and you had to fill up your account details in this page, when you tried to login to your account you could not do it.
4. You did not delete the last email that contained the login information and your email account was hacked.
5. You use a computer with a public internet connection or you did not use your own computer and the details of your account have been saved.
6. Your email address or computer has been accessed by a Trojan or Virus and somebody else is checking your incoming and outgoing notifications.
In order to ensure your account we recommend you to follow the security tips:
a) Scan the computer for viruses and spyware.
b) We recommend you to reset/change the account login information.
c) Change the password of your email address account registered in the Liberty Reserve account and make sure it is not the same password than the one on your LR account. If think that the email address is compromised we strongly suggest you to change this address.
d) Download the Liberty Guard in order to avoid visit phishing websites.
e) Use a safety computer and internet connection with it.
As you may read in our Terms of Service at the subsection 5.6 the payments are irrevocable. Please be aware about your duties and security measures.

我刚才EDIT了ANTI-VIRUS的SCAN OPTION,然后再SCAN多一次WHOLE COMPUTER, 发现有很多东西被MOVE去VIRUS VAULT,有没有人知道这些是什么东西???

以前我也用那鸟防毒软件
结果电脑还是出问题
之后下载了360扫描后。。。
竟然扫出两百多只病毒。。。
之后才知道防毒软件要常常更新的 |
