GENM和GENTING的区别？

大家好，我是个新手。想请问一下GENM和GENTING有什么区别呢?
GENM = RM3.34
GENTING = RM10.34

为什么GENM和GENTING的价钱相差那么远呢？
GENM曾经在JAN 2007 的价钱是RM16.90。
那一个比较好呢?我想长期投资，但GENTING我又买不起。

GENTING是母公司,GENM是GENTING的子公司,GENTING拥有GENM约40%++股权.

2007年GENM曾经去到RM20++, GENTING曾经去到RM40++,然后各自股票面值1分5拆细,股价就调整变成RM4和RM8,然后2008-2009年头重挫至RM2++和RM4++,过后现在恢复到目前的价位.

GENM经营的是赌场和酒店业务,GENTING是母公司其下有几十间大大小小的公司,GENM, GENTING PLANTAION和GENTING SINGAPORE是其中3个出名的子公司.

GENM是现金牛之前2007年最高记录现金持有约40-50亿,每年赌场贡献的现金收入稳定,是GENTING会生金蛋的母鸡.由于现金流的赚利稳定,相信不会有什么大搞做或发展....所以发展的动作都是经由GENTING母公司和其他子公司进行.

云顶新加坡亏损扩大 云顶种植末季净赚1.2亿

（吉隆坡22日讯）受益于高原棕油价格，云顶种植（GENP，2291，主板种植股）2010财年末季业绩标青，净利劲扬31.16%至1亿276万7000令吉，上财年同期为7835万3000令吉，公司宣布派息8.5仙。

云顶新加坡的表现则持续不理想，末季亏损扩大至3亿5780万令吉。

云顶种植末季营业额从上财年同期的24056万5000令吉，上扬23.34%至2亿9670万5000令吉。

全年净利升40%

云顶种植表示，公司取得如此强劲的业绩表现，主要归功于更高棕油价格和鲜果串产年按年增长3%激励。

云顶种植全年净利达3亿2421万令吉，较2009财年的2亿3566万1000令吉，上升40.7%；公司全年营业额达9亿8858万3000令吉，较2009财年的7亿5556万7000令吉，攀高30.84%。

全年股息12.5仙

云顶种植也宣布派发每股8.5仙的股息，推高公司全年的股息派发至12.5仙。

另一方面，云顶（Genting，3182，主板贸服股）旗下新加坡子公司云顶新加坡的表现持续不理想，2010财年末季亏损，从上财年同期的1亿170万新元（约2亿4210万令吉），扩大至1亿5030万新元（约3亿5780万令吉）。

这家经营全球第三大赌场圣淘沙名胜世界的集团，全年净收入达3780万新元，低于彭博社根据21位分析员平均预测的6亿1500万新元。

KUALA LUMPUR, 23 FEBRUARY 2011 - Genting Berhad today announced record results for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 (“FY2010”).
Group revenue rose by 71% to record a new high of RM15.19 billion in FY2010 (FY2009: RM8.89 billion), while Group profit before tax rose by 74% to post a new high of RM4.39 billion in FY2010 (FY2009: RM2.53 billion). Group adjusted EBITDA1 rose by 89% to post a new high of RM7.11 billion in FY2010 (FY2009: RM3.77 billion).
The increased revenue came mainly from the Leisure & Hospitality and Plantation divisions. Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore (“RWS”), which commenced operations during the first quarter of 2010, contributed significantly to the increased revenue. KUALA LUMPUR, 23 FEBRUARY 2011 – Genting Malaysia Berhad (“Genting Malaysia” or the
“Group”) is pleased to announce its fourth quarter (“4Q10”) and full year (“FY2010”) results for
the financial year ended 31 December 2010.
The Group’s revenue for 4Q10 was up from RM1,275.6 million to RM1,558.5 million,
representing an increase of 22% over the same period in 2009. The higher revenue was mainly
attributable to the revenue of RM188.4 million of the casino business in United Kingdom (“UK”),
which the Group acquired on 15 October 2010. The leisure and hospitality business in Malaysia
which reported higher revenue by RM91.2 million, an increase of 7%, was mainly due to the
better luck factor in the premium players business.
The Group recorded profit before taxation of RM503.2 million for 4Q10, compared with
RM469.4m in the corresponding quarter last year. The increase in profits of 7% was mainly due
to the better underlying performance of the Group’s leisure and hospitality business in Malaysia.
