-Determine your blood type
You are Allowed to Donate Blood if
-Body weight is more than 45KG
-Have enough sleep more than 5hours
-Free from medical problem
-Do not take any medicine recently
-Free from free sexual intercourse
-Free from drug abuse
-Free from diabetes
-Free from homosexual and bisexual relationship
-Female can only donate their blood 5 days after period
