ACCA或ICAEW的专业人士/学生请进来一下~~

小弟我有一件事好奇很久了。。。今天想问清楚。。。
我想问ACCA member想拿ICAEW是不是不用再考试了？
是不是只要有5年工作经验就可以申请拿ICAEW？

入学标准而已？
意思是没有full exemption??那至少可以exempted 多少张？ |

In UK, 可惜 ICAEW full members 可以 hold themselves as CA (Chartered Accountant), 不过只能用 designation (頭銜) of ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), 例如, Ali Baba, ACA, 是美中不足之处.
因为 in UK, 第一個註冊特許會計師團體是 ICAS, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, 只有它的会員能用頭銜 of CA. 因此 ICAS 千方百计 prevent ICAEW from having the designation of CA, thus ICAEW member >>> ACA 頭銜 . 接下来的 ACCA 也是一样, ICAS 和 ICAEW 也千方百计 prevent ACCA from having the designation of CA 和 ACA, thus ACCA member >>> ACCA 頭銜啦.
For Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, ICAA 或 New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, NZICA 的 full member 都可以用designation of CA  . In NZICA, there are three colleges, 1. 正式的 CA college 2. ACA college (lower class), this college 也可以用 designation of ACA (和 ICAEW 的一样) 3.

请不要误会, ICAEW 是要经过严格的 CA programme 考验, 只是 after going through all these hardship, is only entitled to ACA designation, 有点可惜, 明明就是真正的 CA 吗? 真是美中有点不足 (应该是瑕疵), ICAEW even brought this issue to UK court.  |

你的那个我看过，不是很明...Full member 和 Affiliate 有分别？
难道意思是 Full Member就不用考试，5年工作经验就可以？
Affiliate就要考多3张？
为何要酱呢？
如果是酱不如等affiliate有3年经验后变Member然后再等2年直接拿ICAEW？ |

If you are a current qualified member of ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, MICPA, CPA Australia or AICPA with at least five years’ full membership and post qualification experience, you may be eligible to apply under the pathways to Membership programme.
Becoming ACCA full member needs 3年工作经验 >>> ACCA full member >>> 5 years of ACCA full membership and post qualification experience >>> eligible to apply under ICAEW Pathways to Membership programme. 你看下要多少年? 还要考很多 papers 的话, ICAEW 就。。。
For ACCA affiliate 的话, 请 check with ICAEW office  |

对不起,不是很明你说什么...
become Full member需要3年，然后at least five years’ full membership and post qualification experience=加多5year...
就是8年咯？
但是用这个管道是不用考试的对不对？
ACCA affiliate 的话，我知道是要考多3张paper的，这个我已经查了... |

因为好奇所以问问咯。。。
因为听说ICAEW是英国Top 1 的Audit Accountant Body。。。
还有听说拿到他们的牌是一件很难的事~~
Affiliate 是刚刚pass完全部ACCA Paper的人。。。 |

别在意, 应该是8年, by the time, 有些 ACCA member 已经成废佬  , 也不需要进 ICAEW as ACA 啦
用这个管道, 好像要 complete 这个"考试" >>> Applicants will be required to complete an Examination of Experience to demonstrate that you meet the appropriate standards for membership of the ICAEW 和 fulfilling 其他的 requirements

变成FCCA就不用ACA了？
因为我是想走Audit Route的，所以在想是不是应该要拿个Audit权威的membership。。。
那 ACCA affiliate 的话, 要考多3张 papers , 想确認一下, 接下来那个 practical training under ICAEW's authorised training employer 和 ICAEW student's normal route 一样吗?

冒犯下想泼你的冷水
ACCA Affiliate via exemption route 会失去很多 ICAEW 的 exemption。如果 ACCA granted 9 exemptions 给你，那你的从零开始，也就是 15 张，除非你用 degree 来 claim exemptions。
你的 case，没有三张那么简单了。 |
