请问男女双方想立关于婚后的条规, 是否能找宣誓官盖章做证.
是否有法律效用.

这种東西好像在大馬是 against public policy, 很難有法律效用. |

if you both party are agree intend to have legal effect..therefore any agreement shall be in writting..any dipute in future can bring to the court and may enforceable by legal action..however, the Judge may construed by your both intention..hopefully can help u.. |
