i received a call from tm technician today tis mornin
ask me wat is my speedtest
i told him in my its 1.10 mbps
while in evertwhere ekse
its 0.20 to 0.28 mbps
then told me its normal

so i asked wat is tis

say they r only responsible for malaysia
connections to outside malaysia they dun care
say its the other countries problem
since at malaysia its fast

他们说他们只是负责马奶下。

因为在马奶下是很快的。

没办法，哪些technician都不会反应的，他们只是test你家到他的exchange的速度罢了
出外面都是别的team在弄，其实是很快的，只是呢，都reserve给一个月付几十千月费的公司
